BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 

BOOKINGS

A request for information or the submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Before confirming a booking, we will be happy to speak with you to check availability and make sure that we can properly accommodate your needs and those of your group.

We may make provisional bookings by Whatsapp or email, but your booking will only be considered confirmed once Cortijo La Juanita has confirmed it in writing by email.

By making a booking, whether by Whatsapp or email, the person making the booking confirms that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions. For group bookings, the person making the booking is responsible for informing all other members of the group of these conditions.

To help us prepare your stay properly, we kindly ask you to provide accurate details for all guests staying at the property.

If you are interested in booking any of our Retreats, please send us a message with the exact dates (arrival and departure), your name and email address, and we will contact you as soon as possible.  Please read carefully our House Rules before booking. 

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

To confirm a booking at Cortijo La Juanita, we require a 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay.

Your booking will be confirmed once this amount has been received and we have sent you written confirmation.

The deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.

Your booking confirmation will include the arrival and departure dates, number of guests, accommodation and services booked, total price, and the applicable payment and cancellation conditions.

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND DEADLINES

To make the organisation of your stay as straightforward as possible, our payment schedule is as follows:

• 20% of the total amount: payable when the booking is confirmed.
• Remaining 80%: payable no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

We kindly ask you to take these deadlines into account so that we can keep your booking confirmed.

If the outstanding balance has not been received by the 30-day deadline, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your booking.

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Cortijo La Juanita may cancel the booking, in which case the applicable cancellation conditions will apply.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can sometimes change. For this reason, we want our cancellation policy to be clear from the beginning.
The cancellation conditions applicable to your booking will be those stated in your booking confirmation.

Our cancellation policy is:

- More than 60 days before arrival: the amount paid will be refunded, less any previously notified administration or bank charges, where applicable.
- Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: the 20% deposit will be retained.
- 30 days or less before arrival: a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the total booking amount may apply.

In any case, if you need to cancel your stay, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to look at the options available and, whenever possible, help you find the best solution.
